Simon Kelner, Associate of The Independent will be 'in conversation with' Mark Hix to talk about Mark's new book "On Baking" (and other aspects of cooking no doubt). Accompanying this dynamic duo will be a 3 course menu to feast on, featuring dishes from the new book.
