Tea-Torials

Brown's Hotel's and HIX Mayfair's Head Pastry Chef, Theodore Ndeh, hosts a series of 'Tea-Torials'.

The 'Tea-Torials' include: 

• A demonstration on how to make Brown’s award-winning scones and strawberry jam, along with an afternoon tea cake and a plated dessert. Each session will focus on a certain theme (see below).
  
  
• Full Traditional Afternoon Tea in The English Tea Room with Theodore, who will answer any additional questions guests may have.
  
  
• Recipes and sweet treats to take home.

The master-classes will start at 2.30pm with the demonstration, followed by Traditional Afternoon Tea.
